Softball

The 2010 Softball season is in full swing; new registration is closed.

Softball is played from February till June with 2011 signups starting in January. 

Signups are held at Santa Rosa Sportsplex's, two story, hexagon shaped building located in the middle of the center complex (four large baseball fields) .

For softball, the child's age on January 1st determines thier league. The 8U league (5-8 year old girls) play coach pitch. The 10U, 12U, and 16U leagues are kid pitch.

Registration includes a shirt and shorts. The child will also need cleats and pants. Parents, from each team, will be required to participate in park clean-up and maintenance days. Sponsors are always needed and encouraged. Please make sure you choose a softball sponsor form to complete.

Games are played on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and sometimes Friday. Make up games are sometimes on Wednesday. Practice times are decided by the coach of the team your child plays for.
