The football team spots are limited and it is first come, first serve. So be sure to sign up early to ensure a spot is available for your child.

Football registration includes a game jersey, shoulder pads and a helmet. The game jersey will have the player's last name on the back and the player gets to keep the jersey. All other equipment must be returned immediately after the season.

Football games are played on Saturday with practices held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Games are played in either Santa Rosa or Escambia County with the exception of games against one GCYSA member located in Brewton, Alabama. The season runs from August to December.
PARA has 1 or 2 teams in each division of the league. Football division placement is determined by the player's age (on August 1st of the playing year) and the player's weight. Play Downs are limited to 2 per team and must be approved by the head coach of the team first. Please contact the VP of Football to inquire about a Play Down position. The contact information is at the top right of this page.
